Terms of sale

Version of 11 September 2026. The version that applies to an order is the one online on the day of that order.

This English version is published for information only. The French version is the binding one, and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

1. Purpose and identity of the seller

Z29K, SAS with a share capital of 2 048 €, registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, registered under number RCS Paris 991 809 658 (SIRET 991 809 658 00016), EU VAT number FR61991809658, provides a website audit service: the examination of a site reachable online, across nine pillars, delivered in three PDF documents: the audit report, the page-by-page analysis and the methodology note.

The offer is addressed exclusively to businesses.

2. Plans and scope

Four plans are offered. All apply the same examination, across the same nine pillars, and give rise to the same three documents; they differ by the number of pages analysed included, by the price and by the options they open:

The A120 plan additionally allows the purchase of extra pages one by one, in a quantity chosen at the order, a page analysed being analysed in each of the languages ordered. The audit of an entire site, as well as the audit of a site or an area behind a login, are quoted on request.

The number of pages in the plan is understood in the main language of the site: the one it serves by default, or the one the customer names at the order. Extra pages bought one by one carry that same scope in each of the languages ordered.

Checking the translated versions of those pages — their existence, whether they are genuinely translated, which language is actually served — is included in the “extra language” option and covers only the languages ordered. Without that option, the audit covers the main language and the translated versions are not examined; the report says so.

The A25, A60 and A120 plans offer, as an option, the full analysis of one or more extra languages, each examined up to the number of pages in the plan and delivered in the same report. The number of languages analysed under a single order is limited to 5; beyond that, the service is quoted on request. The A8 plan does not open that option.

A language is eligible when the site serves it on the same domain name, at an address of its own that the site itself declares; a version published on another domain name constitutes another site and is the subject of a separate audit.

The number of pages analysed in a language is a maximum: it is reached within the limit of what the site actually publishes in that language, and the report states the count. The languages mentioned in this article are those of the audited site; the language in which the delivered documents are written is chosen by the customer at the order, from French or English, and is independent of them.

Where the site has more pages than the scope ordered, the pages analysed are selected in order of importance for the activity of the site, after grouping by page type; the report states the list of pages examined.

The audit is carried out without intrusion: only content reachable by any visitor is consulted.

3. Prices and taxes

Plan prices:

The audit of an entire site and the audit of a site behind a login are priced by quote.

Options, on top of the plan price. Each extra language is invoiced at:

On the A120 plan, each extra page bought one by one is invoiced at €0.75 excl. VAT per page and per language analysed; the rate that applies is the one for the number of languages chosen at the order.

All prices are exclusive of tax. The value added tax that applies is determined at the order from the customer’s country and, where relevant, the EU VAT number they provide; it is added to the prices above and appears on the payment summary before validation.

4. Order, survey and payment

At the order, the amount is subject to a temporary card authorisation, without collection. Payment is collected on delivery of the report.

The price of the plan and of each option are firm: they do not vary with the number of pages the site actually publishes.

Within 24 hours of the order, Z29K carries out a survey of the site: whether it is reachable, its number of pages, the languages published and those that can be analysed. If the plan chosen does not match the site, if the site is not reachable, or if a language ordered is not served in a way that allows its analysis, Z29K informs the customer before starting; the customer may then change or cancel the order at no cost: as no amount has been collected at that stage, the authorisation is simply released.

A card authorisation has a limited life, set by the issuing bank. If it expires before delivery, Z29K informs the customer and sends a new payment link; the report is handed over as soon as collection takes place. No amount is taken without the customer having validated that second payment.

5. Delivery

The three documents are delivered by email, in PDF format, within 5 working days of the order.

They are written in the language the customer chooses at the order, from French or English. That choice is independent of the site languages audited under article 2.

The A120 plan, whose scope is not capped, is an exception: its turnaround depends on the number of pages analysed and is communicated to the customer within 24 hours of the order. For an audit quoted on request, the turnaround is the one in the quote.

Where extra languages are ordered, each giving rise to a separate analysis up to the number of pages in the plan, the turnaround is communicated to the customer within 24 hours of the order.

6. Nature of the deliverable

The report records facts, measurements and observable signs; it flags what could not be verified, and never presents it as compliant.

It covers what the site makes public: the internal obligations of the company, not visible from outside, are out of scope. It constitutes neither a conformity certificate, nor legal advice, nor a penetration test.

7. Ownership and circulation

The report belongs fully to its recipient, who may pass it on freely, in particular to their provider.

Z29K neither publishes nor discloses a customer’s report to third parties, and does not make the handover of the report conditional on any further service.

8. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

As the offer is addressed exclusively to businesses, the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the consumer’s right of withdrawal do not apply to orders placed under these terms.

As a commercial gesture, Z29K nevertheless grants the business customer a contractual period of fourteen days from the order in which to cancel it, without having to give a reason, provided the report has not yet been handed over.

Cancellation is exercised by a simple email to contact@z29k.com or from the contact form. Where it takes place before collection, no amount is taken and the card authorisation is released.

Once the report has been handed over to the customer, the service is considered performed and the contractual right of cancellation set out in this article can no longer be exercised.

9. Liability

Z29K is bound by a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens under French law), not by an obligation of result.

The report accounts for what was observable from outside the site during the period of the audit; it guarantees neither the absence of faults that are not observable, nor the later behaviour of the site or of the third-party services it depends on.

The liability of Z29K under an order cannot exceed the tax-exclusive amount actually paid for that order.

That limitation does not apply in the cases where the law forbids limiting or excluding the liability of Z29K, in particular in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Z29K is not liable for indirect damage, nor for the consequences of decisions taken by the customer or by a third party after reading the report, subject to the mandatory legal provisions that apply.

10. Personal data

Z29K processes the data needed for the order and the delivery: identity, billing address, email address, phone number, address of the audited site, language of the delivered documents, and the optional comment attached to the order. It serves to perform the order and to meet accounting obligations, and is neither sold nor transferred.

Payment is handled by Stripe, the sole recipient of the card data needed for payment.

The customer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the conditions set by the applicable regulation. They may exercise their rights at contact@z29k.com or from the contact form.

The pages gone through during the audit are kept for one year after delivery, then deleted.

The detail of the processing operations, the recipients and the retention periods is on the privacy policy page. Information about cookies and the advertising click identifier is on the Cookies page.

11. Settlement, governing law and disputes

The price is subject to a card authorisation at the order and is collected on delivery; no payment term is granted.

In the event of non-payment, penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate are due as of right, together with a fixed recovery indemnity of €40.

Any question about an order goes to contact@z29k.com or from the contact form.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
