Free audit terms

These terms apply to the free audit you ask for on this site. Audits you order fall under our terms of sale.

What we look at

The home page of the domain you give us, and one pillar, the one you pick. We read it in a browser, the way a visitor does: nothing to install, no access to hand over.

A confirmation first

We send a link to the email address you give. Until you open it, your request goes to nobody. Without confirmation, it is deleted.

What you receive

A simple report on the pillar you asked for, for the home page of your site, by email, within 48 working hours of your confirmation. The one we sell covers the 9 pillars and the pages of your whole site. Its plans are on the Pricing page.

What it does not tell you

These are findings, not a certification and not legal advice. We look at one page: it says nothing about the rest of your site.

Your email address

It serves to send you this report and to reply if you write to us. We neither sell it nor pass it on. To have it deleted, write to contact@z29k.com or from the contact form; retention periods and your rights are on the Privacy page.

Who owns the report

The report we produce is ours. We may publish it on this site, naming the audited site and the values we observed. You get a copy and you do as you like with it: pass it on, act on it, dispute it. Reports from ordered audits are never published. If publication does not suit you, do not ask for the free audit.

How many requests

One request per email address. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours and is resent three times a day at most; without confirmation the request deletes itself and the address becomes free again. We also cap how many requests we take per hour: if you hit that limit, try again later. Nothing stops two people from the same company each asking for their own.

What we cannot do

A site that does not respond publicly, or that asks for a login before it opens, cannot be looked at this way.
